Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery to lead the Wynn Oasis Dining team. This role requires managing daily kitchen operations, menu development with the Executive Chef, and ensuring top-quality pastry and bakery output in a luxury resort setting in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in a 5-star hotel or large high-end catering company, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
