Job Description
Responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods for a canteen or cafeteria setting. This role ensures that all products meet quality, safety, and nutritional standards while supporting the overall food service operations of the concessionaire.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
- Monitor ingredient inventory, request supplies, and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment, tools, and work areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning for baked goods, including seasonal or special-event items.
