Job Description

1. Support School’s Student Management and Development Operations
  • Lead investigations into cases of student misconduct.
  • Recommend and implement follow-up actions for misconduct in line with school policy, with application of Restorative Practice.
  • Support teachers in managing students’ behavioural and peer-relationship issues, including coaching of students.
  • Partner parents/guardians on issues of student misconduct to align follow-up and support at school and at home.
  • Partner external agencies, including the Singapore Police Force, the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and Family Service Centres, for complex cases.
  • Serve as first responder for student management incidents, including disruptive classroom behavior.
