Pastoral Support Worker

We are seeking a committed and proactive Pastoral Support Worker to join our pastoral team, supporting students and families across Years 7 to 11. This varied and rewarding role plays a key part in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, and supporting student welfare. You will work closely with Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team to ensure strong, consistent systems are in place that enable all students to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the pastoral team in delivering high-quality care to students and families.
• Work closely with Heads of Year to understand individual student needs and provide targeted support.
• Help implement consistent systems to improve behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing.
• Respond to incidents through the On-Call system, providing calm and effective support.
• Supervise the Reset Room, ensuring students reflect and re-engage positively.
