Brompton Hall School in Scarborough is looking for a Personal Development Mentor to provide high-quality pastoral support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The role offers the opportunity to shape the personal development of students while working closely with a dedicated team.

This term-time position involves mentoring pupils and implementing initiatives to promote their well-being and resilience. The post offers an actual pro-rata salary ranging from £28,413 to £30,867.37 for 39 weeks of the year.
