Role Summary

As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a vital role in securing high quality pastoral care, behaviour and wellbeing across the school, working closely with colleagues and senior leaders to support a culture of high expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead behaviour, culture and expectations: ensuring consistently high standards of behaviour, routines and conduct.
• Oversee safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care: collaborating with the DSL and wider teams to keep all students safe and supported.
• Drive attendance and student engagement: monitoring attendance, identifying concerns and implementing strategies to improve in line with academy targets.
