We’re looking for an inspiring Pastoral and Wellbeing practitioner to nurture the emotional health and resilience of pupils in a specialist SEN school in Durham

Your focus will be on:
Developing a positive, inclusive culture where pupils feel safe, respected and motivated
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through personalised pastoral care
Implementing wellbeing programmes that promote independence, confidence and social skills
Working closely with families, teachers and external agencies
