The incumbent will direct reports to the Sales Manager – Vietnam and the Regional Head Sales in Hong Kong, work closely with Head Sales to provide proactive sales and marketing activities and support, to achieve the revenue and associated targets for the portfolio. Explore new business, develop and establish the assigned carriers in the Hanoi market, while proactively negotiating and managing existing and potential travel trade partners and other partners.
•Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets.
• Manage the Sales team and local relationship with travel trade partners and other partners
• Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads, and seek new business.
