About the role.
This is an exciting time to join Transwa, with the recommencement of the brand‑new Australind train service between Bunbury and Perth. Successful applicants will be among the first to work on this modern new train, contributing to a refreshed passenger experience and playing an important role in delivering exceptional customer service across our network. You will also undertake additional duties as required to support smooth and reliable service delivery
This role is based in Bunbury, you will provide safe, high‑quality customer service to passengers. You will be a visible, proactive presence on board—assisting passengers, offering information, and ensuring comfort, safety, and security throughout the journey. A key part of your role is supporting all travellers, including elderly passengers, people with disabilities, and families, while also assisting with boarding and luggage handling.
