Description
At SMS Equipment, our Parts Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer‑focused delivery of parts operations. Based in Acheson, AB or Hinton, AB , this role oversees warehouse and parts distribution activities while driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
You will partner closely with branch leadership and cross‑functional teams to align parts operations with business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strong financial performance. This is an opportunity to lead a high‑impact team in a dynamic mining environment.
Work Location: Acheson, AB or Hinton, AB
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working on location each day
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4 pm
