The Role

Parts Planning Supervisor will manage parts inventory, ordering, and availability across parts operations of the branch. This position ensures genuine parts and accessories are available for scheduled and walk‑in service jobs, that stock levels are correctly maintained in NetSuite, and that ordering and replenishment are done proactively to prevent service delays. The supervisor reports to the Inventory Manager, coordinates daily with the Workshop Supervisor to align parts supply with service demand, and leads the parts team.
