    • About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts
    Interpreter     to join our team and work primarily from our
    Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant
    will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to
    learn.

    The position will involve the following:

  • Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and
    Accessories enquiries

  • Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to
    determine required parts.

  • Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source
    parts.

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring
    part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
