About the Role

Hastings Deering is looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Rockhampton Branch. This role exists to provide maximum customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer contact is professionally handled, and customer orders are processed promptly and accurately. This is a Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday role.

The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide technical information to customers based on published facts only (no advice or opinions).
  • Research and consult the latest parts books, IRM’s, Technical Partsgrams, SIS, TMI, AX, and other resources for correct part numbers.
  • Develop customer loyalty by ensuring attention to all customer needs, issues, and concerns; employing all available resources within the dealership to provide solutions for the customer
