Parts Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Parts management
• Maintains regular communications with all ZWM Parts customers to ensure efficient and quick resolution to every Parts Inquiries & Concerns (especially for clients who purchased machines directly from ZWM)
• Provide analytical support and prepare regular reports for distribution to management, dealers and regional sales reps
• Analyze Parts Sales to help identify market trends, underperforming regions and/or dealers, improvement areas and other statistical information
• Assist with the daily parts department needs as required
• Receive customers incoming parts inquires. Assist with the proper identification of parts. Work with vendors as required gathering the necessary information to provide a quotation for price and delivery
• Checks actual availability of Parts before giving delivery commitments to all customers.
