About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock? Our Parts Advisors keep our workshops well‑stocked with the right parts, maintain vehicle journeys, and update customers at every stage of the process.

Day‑to‑day duties

  • Identify parts required for a vehicle
  • Order parts from internal and external sources
  • Pick and pack parts
  • Communicate with the workshop team
  • Provide a quick and accurate service to customers
  • Handle invoicing
  • Review digital communications for customers
  • Manage stock levels

Essential Skills

  • Keen to learn, with a can‑do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great communicator – friendly, clear, concise
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Comfortable using computers (training provided)
