The Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected automotive retailer in Chichester, offering the chance to join a successful aftersales team within a modern dealership known for its commitment to customer service, quality, and career development. As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the workshop, service department, and retail customers by delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient supply of genuine manufacturer parts.

Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Identifying and supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately.
