Our client a well established Automotive Workshop is seeking the services of an experienced Parts Administrator.

  • Experience in Costing of Vehicle parts to go onto quotes
  • Sourcing parts and suppliers experience is essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • 3-5 Years parts administration & sourcing experience
  • Must be able to follow policies and procedures
  • Creating and authorising purchase orders
  • Sending orders to the supplier and following up to ensure that it is received timeously and that deadlines are met.
  • Ensure parts are ordered in a timeous manner in order for Technicians to complete their work
