Parts & Administration Manager, Mobile Cranes - Biggleswade

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd for a Parts & Administration Manager to join our LWE Mobile and Crawler Crane After Sales team.
This role plays a key part in driving departmental success, ensuring efficient operations across Parts, Administration and Warranty teams, while supporting our core values of Business Performance, Customer Focus, People & Teamwork, and Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing, supporting and developing members of Spare Parts, Service and Warranty Administration teams.
• Allocating workloads and monitoring performance to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Identifying training and development needs and promoting continuous improvement within the team.
