Role Overview:

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our broker and insurer partnerships for inbound business, as well as the management of our vendor network. This role is pivotal in scaling and managing to ensure consistent deal flow to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Relationship Nurturing: Proactively manage and grow relationships with key insurance brokers and insurers to secure consistent inbound B2B lead flow.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training and enablement materials (product knowledge, sales collateral) to broker partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to position and sell Even Healthcare's solutions.
