Role Overview

The Partnerships Associate is the execution backbone of the partnerships function across Nysonian's brands, covering both influencer and UGC creators. This is a hands‑on, high‑volume role focused on keeping the pipeline organized and moving: tracking creator performance, reaching out to and communicating with creators on day‑to‑day matters, preparing and issuing contracts from approved templates, submitting approved invoices, and chasing and logging deliverables.

The role does not set rates, negotiate terms, or manage anything sensitive within a creator relationship. Cancellations, disputes, negotiation, and any non‑routine or difficult conversation are handled by the Head of Partnerships.
