As a Partnership Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving regional growth by developing, managing, and elevating partnership programs that increase revenue generated from existing partners. Operating as an individual contributor and reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships / PDM Team Leader, you will act as the primary liaison between Infobip and its partners—building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term collaborations that expand business impact and market reach.

In this role, you will work closely with partners to define go-to-market strategies, establish business goals, and track performance related to new clients, revenue, and gross profit.
