The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our channel partners. This role will collaborate with and ensure the long-term success of our channel partners. Our channel partners are diverse, with everything from banks and associations, to third party administrators and health plans. This role will liaise between these partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our partner needs and contractual commitments.This is a unique position that requires a high technical aptitude, in conjunction with project management and relationship management skills.
