Pepperstone, a globally focused fintech, seeks a Partners Operations Officer to optimize Introducing Broker (IB) processes and partner management. You’ll manage IB approvals, oversee queues, drive conversions, and work with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will also lead training for new hires, deliver insightful partner reports, and support continuous improvements in MAM setups and rebate reconciliation.
