Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, developing and executing strategies.
- Ability to communicate in one of Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- Experience in translating data into insights and actionable business priorities.
- Experience as a general manager in business development or sales strategy.
- Understanding the industry's challenges, direction for its growth and an intention to advance strategies within the marketplace.
- Track record of building high-growth cross-functional teams and scaling businesses.
