Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner Onboarding & Training


  • Lead comprehensive enablement sessions for new and existing strategic partners.




  • Provide high-impact demonstrations of the MoEngage platform, tailoring the narrative to show how partners can leverage our tool to solve their clients' retention and engagement challenges.




  • Act as the Technical Translator, explaining the nuances of how MoEngage is set up, integrated, and optimized within a client's tech stack.


    • 2. Content Strategy & Partner Academy Management


  • Take full ownership of the MoEngage Partner Academy.




  • Design, develop, and update certification course materials (videos, slide decks, quizzes) to reflect the latest product features and UI changes.
