Job Description

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will drive Oracle Cloud adoption and growth through the awareness, enablement and engagement of their assigned partner(s). This Oracle Cloud partner business development role will develop, maintain and execute against a business plan that outlines all key aspects required to drive Oracle Cloud business growth.

The PDM is responsible for all aspects of the North America regional business relationship and will execute against plans and actions designed to grow the Partner’s Oracle Cloud business. Areas of focus include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Advisory: Act as a strategic business advisor who understands market focus, value proposition, and can link go-to-market activities with partner business outcomes. Understand partner’s Services model(s), value proposition, competitive differentiations and market dependencies.
