Business Developer – Barcelona

Springboard has supported more than 300 tech companies across Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce innovative IT solutions into the Spanish market.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from market approach to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Create and manage lead lists with the back‑office team.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree (bachelor’s or university).
  • Excellent command of Spanish and good command of English.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or a commercial role.
  • Proactive and able to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Immediate availability for hiring.
