Job Description

Role Purpose

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving partner channel objectives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grow and defend the allocated base, maintaining and growing partner and customer relationships and opportunity management translating into sales. The PAM manages the allocated partner distribution, executing strategies to achieve sales targets, customer experience and strategic objectives of the partner channel, meeting annual targets on sales, revenue, inflow, growth and profitability margins.
