Job Description

We are urgently looking for a reliable and confident Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calling and appointment setting. This role starts part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to old and new leads
  • Follow call scripts and qualify prospects
  • Set appointments and update schedules accurately
  • Log call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in Go High Level (GHL) CRM
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling / outbound dialing
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in appointment setting
  • Go High Level (GHL) experience is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment
  • Willing and able to work using a time tracker and virtual office at all times during shift
