Job Description
We are urgently looking for a reliable and confident Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calling and appointment setting. This role starts part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to old and new leads
- Follow call scripts and qualify prospects
- Set appointments and update schedules accurately
- Log call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in Go High Level (GHL) CRM
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling / outbound dialing
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in appointment setting
- Go High Level (GHL) experience is a plus
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Willing and able to work using a time tracker and virtual office at all times during shift
