Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Virtual Administrative & Purchasing Assistant to support the operational and vendor-side functions of a high-end residential interior design business based in Vero Beach, Florida (EST hours).

This role will work directly with the business owner alongside the Interior Designer Assistant, with a primary focus on trade accounts, invoicing, purchasing, and order management. Hours will fluctuate between 5 to 15 hours per week, depending on tasks given.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Trade Account Management

  • Open and maintain trade/vendor accounts
  • Track resale certificates and required compliance documents
  • Maintain organized vendor records and login credentials
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
