Job Description

We're looking for a UX Writer who can provide regular support in creating effective communication materials.

You will help us craft a consistent brand voice across all of our written assets. This is an interdisciplinary role that will require you to collaborate across most, if not all teams within our organization.

Here are some examples of documents that you will work on:

• External (customer-facing)
  • Customer instructions guides
  • Sales pages
  • Product copy
  • FAQ's
  • Email templates
• Internal (teams within Bordr and vendors)
  • Standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Service level agreements (SLA's)

• Native level of English language (US preferred)
