Part-Time Temporary Educational Assistant

Overview

The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Part-Time Temporary (0.87 f.t.e.) Educational Assistant at T. A. Norris Middle School. This position will commence as a suitable candidate is secured. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one support for our students.

The school is located in the town of Peace River and serves students from grades 5-8. The school offers a high quality core academic program, consisting of English, French Immersion and French Second Language and a wide range of exploratory courses which include Art, Drama, Home Economics and Band.

Qualifications

• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience and/or training working with student in school setting.
• Ability to work with children with varied ages, skills level, needs and abilities.
