Responsibilities

• Hire technical resources such as PHP developers, Flutter developers, .NET developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers
• Post job ads on LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and our technical team
• Maintain hiring pipeline and candidate database
• Support onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter (minimum 1 year preferred...
