Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Signing Authority/Trainer is responsible for training all employees on how to operate all company‑owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Additional duties will include:

• Responsible for ensuring employees are trained to operate school purpose vehicles safely and professionally
• Deliver training programs to new and existing drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislative requirements
• Conduct driver evaluations and road assessments to confirm skill and safety levels
• Provide instruction for licence upgrades as required (B class and E class)
• Deliver divisional and company‑specific training modules (e.g., safety, customer service, policies, Q‑strain training)
