Contribute to science education at Mulgrave, the International School of Vancouver, as a part time Science Lab Technician. Support lab activities and prepare materials to enhance student experiments.
This role focuses on engaging with Middle and Senior School students while overseeing lab safety and resources. The position requires strong expertise in Biology and Chemistry, along with exceptional organizational abilities. You will play a crucial part in facilitating hands-on science learning and maintaining safe lab environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials for science experiments and lessons
• Support teachers during lab activities and experiments
• Guide student investigations and extended essay efforts
• Maintain safety of lab equipment and chemical storage
• Manage inventory and ensure appropriate waste disposal
