SnappyCX is seeking an experienced Medical Scheduler / Receptionist to join a growing healthcare practice. The role focuses on patient scheduling, inbound calls, and accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

This fully remote, part-time position runs Tue, Thu, and Fri, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM US Central Time, with HIPAA compliance and high attention to detail as essential requirements. Tebra EMR experience is required to manage appointments and documentation.
