As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to help manage quotes, scheduling, and customer communication.
This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone who wants consistent part-time work with autonomy and clear systems in place.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming customer enquiries and keeping our job pipeline organised using our systems.
Key tasks include:
Responding to website enquiries using pre-built templates
Creating and sending quotes using Tradify and Xero
Scheduling approved jobs into the calendar
Creating and updating customer records
Scheduling follow-up reminders for pending quotes
Ensuring quotes and jobs are accurately entered into the system
