Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Receptionist to join the Middleton Road-Detoxification department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Danvers, MA.

Shift: 30H/week, weekends. Friday 3-11pm / Saturday 12-hour shift / Sunday 7am - 3:30.

The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations.
This includes but is not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers switchboard with standard greeting and identification of the organization, directs/transfer calls/voicemails to proper extensions and takes messages as required.
