Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to multitask and perform various duties, including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to converse and communicate in the English Language
- 0-1 years' experience in BPO/CSR
- Able to work on the night shift
- Able to work onsite
