Waypoint Centre is seeking an Operational Support Worker for its Emergency & Security Services department. You will manage security equipment, report unusual patient behaviors, and oversee access control. Providing effective communication and support during emergencies is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate security equipment and report deficiencies
• Inform staff of unusual patient behavior promptly
• Maintain key control and secure access procedures
• Screen for contraband in incoming goods
• Monitor emergency systems and respond as necessary
Requirements:
• Completion of IAHSS Basic Training preferred
• Province of Ontario Security License mandatory
