This role offers 17.5 hours of work per week with flexible evenings and weekends. As a part of a dedicated interprofessional team, you will provide comprehensive care for individuals facing homelessness and substance use challenges. Your advocacy and collaborative approach will address social determinants of health and enhance accessibility to vital services.
