As a member-service ambassador, you will engage with clients, addressing their immediate banking needs while contributing to their financial success. This position is temporary until December 31, 2026, with a chance of extension, ideal for those passionate about providing exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily banking services like bill payments and deposits
• Proactively identify members’ financial needs
• Assist with account openings and wire transfers
• Refer members to Financial Advisors for deeper financial guidance
