Job Description Job Description Part Time Maintenance Manager - Seeking a self starter who is willing to learn and help maintain apartments and homes with routine maintenance checks, touch up and quality appearance for everyone to call home. Our team is willing to train the right attitude and provide the tools and experience for someone to help grow and maintain the residential comunities. Preferred experience but not required: willing to train 1. General Carpentry / building techniques; similar but not limited to maintenance checks on HVAC, plumbing, electricity. 2. Changing light bulbs, filters, testing systems on routine basis. 3. Diagnois, document and contact additoianl professional contractors: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or FIre Protection as needed. 4. Maintain Lawn / Snow services or assist with managing contract services for cleaning, lawn care and snow removal. 5.
