Job Description

Support internal networks and applications at Buchanan Technologies in Charlottetown as a part-time IT Service Desk Analyst. Provide excellent technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve user issues efficiently.

In this role, you will resolve technical problems related to desktop support, network connectivity, and various software applications for internal users. You must effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff while working from 8 PM to 1 AM AT. Your ability to multitask and document assistance in a ticketing system is essential for this position.
