Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and committed Permanent Part-Time Inventory Admin to support our inventory, warehouse, and administrative operations. This is an ongoing part-time position, ideal for someone seeking a long-term flexible work arrangement.

  • Working arrangement: 3 days/week

  • Working hours: 8 hours/day

  • Location: Merchant Road/Kaki Bukit

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inventory administration for accessories, contact lenses, and amenities, including system updates and shipment coordination.

  • Process procurement documents, verify invoices, prepare vendor invoices, and assist with payment processing.

  • Assist with warehouse and logistics operations, including dispatch orders, price tag printing, inventory transfers, and returns.
