Part-Time Instructor | Nursing

Primary Purpose of Position

The School of Nursing invites applications for Part-Time Instructors for the Spring 2026 semester. Part-Time Instructors are hired on a semester-by-semester basis to teach nursing courses. Clinical and/or didactic instructors will teach adult health, pediatrics, maternity, and mental health in our traditional, accelerated, and RN-BSN entry options and/or applicable Psych-Mental Health NP or Post-Master’s TL DNP

The successful candidate is expected to teach introductory and advanced level courses by the School of Nursing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and providing clinical instruction and experiences that reflect an understanding of the philosophy, objectives and curriculum of the nursing program and profession if applicable

Facilitating student achievement of course objectives/outcomes through varied teaching methods. Evaluating student achievement of course objectives/outcomes.
