Lambton College is hiring a part-time Human Resources Associate to deliver customer service to leaders, employees, and students. This permanent role entails various HR administrative duties for 24 hours weekly.
In this position, you will support the Human Resources Department in onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. You will need a minimum of three years of experience in HR administration and proficiency in HRIS systems. The associate will also manage general office tasks while addressing confidential inquiries with professionalism and tact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, directing as necessary
• Administer benefits, pension enrollment, and monthly remittances
• Oversee the new employee onboarding process
• Respond to payroll and training inquiries
• Manage tuition subsidy reimbursements and tracking spreadsheets
