Job Description
Our partner Short Term Rental company is looking to onboard (1) additional Guest Service Associate to their team. The chosen candidate will help in the areas of guest communications, reservations, troubleshooting issues, and other admin tasks through the team's CRM.
Schedule: Thursday to Saturday - 8AM to 6PM EST
Rate: Php262.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Support: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries received via email, chat, text, and phone.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues with efficiency, providing solutions that ensure a positive experience.
* Platform Expertise: Navigate and utilize platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, and other OTAs for reservation management, communication, and administrative tasks.
* Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our STR business.
