Role Description

The part-time Science faculty member is primarily responsible for delivering Outcome-Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL) in assigned science courses while ensuring alignment with program outcomes, institutional goals, and relevant industry or professional standards. Duties include preparing OBE-based course materials within the Learning Management System, conducting laboratory and classroom instruction, facilitating scientific inquiry and critical thinking, assessing student performance, and integrating practical and real-world applications to reinforce theoretical concepts.

Although part-time faculty instructors are not required to engage in research, they are encouraged to participate, particularly in studies related to scientific education, applied sciences, laboratory methodologies, or interdisciplinary research where their expertise can meaningfully contribute.
