Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Team Lead to manage a small team of three Data Entry Clerks. This role is positioned as a Junior Team Lead, working closely with a Senior Team Lead as part of a wider team.

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity and data accuracy, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily task allocation and workflow for the data entry team
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and overall output quality
• Conduct basic quality checks and performance tracking
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Data Entry Clerks
• Act as the main point of contact for coordination and reporting
• Support the wider team and provide operational cover when required
